Happy Campers

My dad is a pretty rad dude. I don't how else to fully explain this goon in a short phrase. He raised me on the road. Ten years together we have conquered and experienced the world in a totally new way. He should be given some type of really cool fucking important award for being so cool. He liked to travel, I guess it easy to see where I get it from. Dad always moved as a kid, when I did not. So, we traveled in SUV's instead.

This guy is the veteran of what I do and most of what I teach is a lesson from him in some way of another. Our vision is simple, travel light and enjoy the journey. Minimal yet comfortable. Budget well and don't think with your ass, well.... most of the time :)

10 years ago. I started a journey. A journey because one man on Earth had the bright idea to pull his kid out of school for three weeks a semester and let her travel. Its a safe bet that I learned more on the road at truck stops then I did in class.

I have logged over more than 40 states and 10 countries. By age 25, I hope to have completed all the states and be preparing to finish all the provinces of Canada. If Europe is still there by the time I am thirty, I will go back. Mexico and South America need to hold off or take turns with Europe because crazy stories come from those jungles. I want to go yes, but the smart way. :) I need to prepare first.

The United States is big, really fucking big. We have SOOOO much country. People don't even realize it!

Go see the country we have. Its a blessing. From sea to shining sea, yes I have been in both. Every mountain top, every valley low. Under the growth of the trees and above the rapids of rivers, allow your child like self to travel. Explore it all.
